What a great town this is. A lot of tourists, beautiful weather, great shops and restaurants and budget accommodation. So much to see and do here. A lot of water activities. Great for families with kids.

Port Macqurie is just outside sydney and great place to spend the weekend. There are some nice hotels in the area and I recommend making a stop there.

Port Macquarie has a great feeling about it, family safe and with some great coastline near by. The town itself is a resort destination and an affordable one at that.

Don\'t ask me for the top 5 things to do there as there is much more. Para-gliding is a personal favourite as is waiting for the sun to rise on Flynn\'s Beach with my dad and sister.

The central town of the mid-north coast. Relaxing but busy enough to warrant a few decent restaurants and plenty of good accommodation. A new shopping centre is a welcome addition to the already busy high street. A lovely place to stop and refresh.

Port Macquarie is a great summer resort based around the Hastings River meeting the ocean.
